The Brooklyn-based grouping TV on the Radio mixes post-punk, electronic, and other atmoshperic elements in such a creative way that it only makes genius that its congress of Racial Equality duo, vocaliser Tunde Adebimpe and David Andrew Sitek, ar both visual artists as well as musicians.
